Temporary import of a vehicle

Temporary import of a vehicle (personal car, motorcycle, vessel, aircraft) regularly registered in a third country for private use is approved in accordance with the provisions of customs legislation that regulate temporary imports. The right to temporary import is granted to travellers domiciled in a third county, which includes Croatian nationals who normally stay in a third country for personal or professional reasons, i.e., who reside abroad, which they prove with a work permit or residency permit issued by a third country.
