As part of the implementation of e-customs, the Customs Administration has set up the Helpdesk to assist its users.

The key task of the Helpdesk is to provide technical support to all the business systems of e-customs applications and to be the first point of contact between the participants in all the business systems, both at national and at EU level.

A continuous technical support to all the systems is available 24/7.
